Welcome to the 2023 Poughkeepsie Harvest Fest!

On Saturday, October 14, 2023 3-7:30pm, the Poughkeepsie Farm Project (PFP) will be celebrating the connection of food, farm and community with our 2023 Poughkeepsie Harvest Fest! Get ready for a fun, family friendly, music-filled evening where you can taste delicious soups created by talented local chefs using produce grown right here at Poughkeepsie Farm Project. This is a moment in which we celebrate all that nourishes us in this work, especially the nutritious produce that we harvest from this special land, and the relationships make the continuity of this work possible. 

Local ceramicists create hundreds of hand-crafted pottery bowls as well! We are especially grateful to Fall Kill Creative Works’ Clay Works for their support in this aspect of this event year after year. In 2024, we are thrilled to welcome Hudson Valley-based reggae band, The Big Takeover, and singer songwriter callie mackenzie, to the stage as our headliner entertainment. 

The vast majority of the expenses related to this event are paid for through in-kind contributions and barter and volunteer work, so your ticket purchase primarily supports PFP’s food justice work throughout the rest of the calendar year. 

About our tickets:

Standard Adult Ticket ($25) includes:

• Soup, bread and dessert created and donated by local restaurants and chefs and made with farm-fresh produce from Poughkeepsie Farm Project
• Entertainment provided by local reggae musicians, The Big Takeover Band, singer songwriter callie mackenzie, and DJ Wisdom

Pay-What-You-Will Ticket ($10) includes:

• Everything listed above
• This ticket price is here to ensure that this event is accessible to all. This ticket is for you if the cost of this event would otherwise prohibit you from attending.

Youth Ticket (Ages 8-13; children ages 7 and under are free!)
