Youth ages 7-13 are encouraged to join Poughkeepsie Farm Project's very own Chef Key for this seasonal culinary workshop!
On Saturday January 21st from 2-3:30pm, Chef Key will be guiding through some need-to-know culinary skills for fall including immersion blender soup basics, pan-searing vegetables and chicken, and how to preserve herbs as infused oils for finishing a dish like a pro! We will be preparing enough food for each student to have a full meal, and some taste tests for their family members.
Only 15 spots available for this cooking class that encourages seasonal, youth-friendly culinary arts skills. Priority is given to youth who attended a prior Junior Chefs cooking class!
